Food Booth Information
If you are selling food, from prepackaged food such
as candies or cookies in boxes, any types of jerky in sealed bag
or if you are selling food made on site such as BBQ, corn on the
cob, salads, and drinks, you need to apply for a food booth.
Below are the following links to all required documents needed
to apply for a food booth at Tết 2006 Festival. To speed up the
application process, please complete ALL documents
before coming into our office. (In order to view any of these
documents, you will need to download and install the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader.)

to the office)
Please note, if applicable, extra fees such as health permit fee,
business tax fee, seller’s permit fee and trash fee will be added
to your final payment. To qualify for the $100 discount, you must
bring in your Non-profit 501(c)3 or any documents showing your non-profit
status.
If you need any help in filling out the forms, please bring all
the required documentations needed into our office. We will help
you fill out the required forms.
